Mill Park architects paid great amount of focus on reducing the buildings environmental footprint and winter heating bill by using innovative and green solutions. Thanks to this the buildings LEED Gold certificate is already under process.

The Mill Park building on the side of the Danube is a 36 000 sq m office area with 4500 sq m floors. Under the seven story building lies a 3 floor underground parking lot. The popularity of the building can be thanked to its location near Petőfi and Rákóczi bridge, H7 suburban train, M3 metro and three trams. Thanks to this Buda or the inner city can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car and public transportation alike.
