The Gizella Mill was built in 1880 by the Krausz-Moskovits family. The majority of the mill in Budapest – having survived the wars – operated as a steam mill until 1963. In recent decades, it was used as a warehouse, and in 2000, it started to be demolished in order to be converted into residential homes and offices. Behind the exterior walls, left in place for decorative purposes, a new building took shape, preserving the unique industrial atmosphere of the entire Mill Loft Offices. It reached its current form in 2010, with more than one hundred loft apartments and over 2,000 m² of office space located in the Mill Loft Offices. The flexible and customizable office spaces meet the highest standards. From an interior design perspective, the coverings are worth highlighting: original brick walls and columns, and in some places beam supports, which give these offices an exceptionally unique and distinctive style.
