The Millennium Gardens office building is located the Danube River bank side, next to MÜPA National Theater on Soroksári way. It is an existing office corridor with district-revitalizing, residential and other business developments. The expected date of completion is 2021 Q1, when 37,312 sq m of gross office area will be available.

Finta Studio designers designed two wings with grandiose glass elements, which will be connected above ground floor by an imposing glass bridge, which will give tenants the possibility for more flexible office ideas.

Regarding the design of the building, TriGranit invested a great amount of focus on green solutions and modern design. As a result, the buildings BREEM certification is already in process. Shading is done automatically with the help of sensors, lowered ceiling and raised floor are incorporated in the offices.

The building will accommodate restaurants and café for 400 people, garden with partly covered terrace, 6-6 high speed elevators, 215 bicycle storages with changing rooms, showers and restrooms, electrical car chargers, dedicated motorcycle parking.
