Spielberk Office Centre is designed as a complex with a wide range of office space. It offers space for larger and medium-sized businesses in buildings of various types and sizes while offering employees a variety of facilities - relaxation zones, gastronomic corners, a wide range of services and connections to the adjacent cycle path. The area is landscaped as a park with trees and other natural features that create a harmonious and healthy working environment and places to relax. A natural lake forms the centre of the park. A specially designed pedestrian bridge spans the river and connects the pedestrian zone leading directly to the historic centre and the main railway station.

Two high-rise buildings dominate the whole area. The travertine-clad Courtyard by Marriott, housed in Tower A, offers superior accommodation and commercial facilities. Tower B has achieved BREEAM Oustanding certification, the first building outside the UK to achieve such a high rating.
