Spielberk Office Centre is designed as a complex with a wide range of office space. It offers space for larger and medium-sized businesses in buildings of various types and sizes while offering employees a variety of facilities - relaxation areas, gastronomic corners and connections to the adjacent cycle path. The area is landscaped as a park with trees and other natural features that create a harmonious and healthy working environment and places to relax. A natural lake forms the centre of the park. A specially designed pedestrian bridge spans the river and connects the pedestrian zone leading directly to the historic centre and the main railway station.

The IQ building consists of four interconnected sections with two main reception areas. A major advantage of the IQ Building is the extensive office space within the first to sixth floors. The seventh to ninth floors are separate in the form of four towers extending out from the building.
