Overview

Millenaris Office Buildings is the unified name of the three office buildings in Millenaris Park located in the cultural and commercial center of Buda. The three offi ce buildings – the Classic, the Modern, and the Avantgarde – each named for its architectural style, ensure quality and high prestige offices through their location and appearance to companies who are conscious about the environment in which they are located. The first building to be delivered was the Classic in 2007. This classically styled building was the result of a first class renovation of a listed office building. The continuation of this construction is the completion of the new Millenaris office buildings, Modern and Avantgarde, along with the parallel architectural renewal of the park. A 174 car capacity underground parking garage serves the office buildings and alleviates the parking congestion of the surrounding area.

Located in the most exclusive residential quarter in Budapest at the feet of Rózsadomb, the buildings are a three minute walk from Moszkva tér, the most signifi cant public transportation hub in Buda. The buildings are thus easily reached from any point in the city by car, subway, street car, or bus.The offi ce buildings can be approached from Fény utca, Lövőház utca, and Millenaris Park. The offi ces themselves face the Millenaris Park and offer unique panoramic views. Thanks to the location, tenants can choose from a wide variety of shopping, sporting, and entertainment possibilities.
