Overview

The Canada Square office building, which was completed at the end of 2004, provides more than 5,000 sqm of usable space for national and international tenants. Canada Square comprises two completely separate office blocks in one edifice, each with separate entrances, lifts and stairwells; it can therefore be used by two tenants independently of one another. The main facade is of brick, glass and white lime, with the windows and entrances comprising metal frames and glass. The attractively grassy courtyard is the perfect place for short breaks, and a source of fresh air in summer.
