Overview

The Meteor project is situated on the land area of 6,516 m2 and consists of several buildings both renovated as well as newly built and provides approx. 12 900 m2 of office and retail space with ample of underground parking. The works will be done in two stages. First stage - renovation of existing front street building providing 3 197sqm of office and retail space with fully flexible layout. Second stage - newly built modern buildings situated in the back yard area with direct pedestrian accesses to the metro station and surrounding streets and comfortable car access from the main Sokolovska Street will deliver 9 614sqm of office space.
