The second phase of the Rohan City project consists of three office buildings (E1, E2, E3) with a common reception in building E

• •The project offers a total of 18,910 sqm of net office space and 1,510 sqm of net retail space on the ground floor. The project provides for the implementation of public space elements - a square, and a rest area. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the E2 building. The project offers the possibility to separate one of the buildings for a single tenant type of operation (with its own reception) or to associate building D31 (phase D.III - 9470 GLA).
