The Mechanica office complex is an expansion to the earlier development on the former Walter motor factory site. Mechanica follows on from the first building, Aviatica, which was completed in 2015 and which houses many successful brand offices. Mechanica is the closest of the project’s buildings to the Jinonice metro station, to which it is connected by a newly built footbridge. All civil infrastructure is integrated into the project, including shops, restaurants and other services. Mechanica complex offers retail space on the ground floor in order to provide enough amenities to the office occupiers and residents. The spectrum of shops and services consists of supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, flower shops, dry cleaning and others.

Nearby the Waltrovka complex there is a shopping center Galerie Butovice, which offers plenty of shops, services and restaurants. In the distance of 3 metro stations it is possible to get to Anděl area, where people can find one of the most successful shopping centers in Prague – Nový Smíchov, including two mulitiplex cinemas, ample of restaurants and hotel capacities. Václav Havel International Airport Prague is in 15 minutes distance by car.
