AFI Karlín BUTTERFLY has been designed as an intelligent building with the clear ecological goal of not only obtaining a high low energy performance rating but also providing its users and visitors a pleasant working environment and a human touch. The dynamism of AFI Karlín BUTTTERFLY is supported by its typical façades made up of vertical green gardens that turn the building into a living organism that grows, changes and moves in time.
