Overview

Panattoni Park Košice Airport is a modern A-class industrial and logistics park consisting of two newly built halls with a total leasable area of more than 36,000 m². The premises are suitable for warehouse space for rent, industrial units for rent, production, logistics, e-commerce, and suppliers to the automotive industry. The halls provide a clear height of approximately 10 m, floor load capacity of 5 t/m², and a column grid of around 12.5 × 22 m, along with loading docks and drive-in access.
