Overview

Logis One Park Košice is a new industrial and logistics park designed to provide modern warehouse space for rent and production facilities. In its first development phase, the project will deliver 10 industrial halls with a total built-up area of approximately 230,000 m², plus a multifunctional service building. The premises are suitable for logistics, warehousing, distribution, and light manufacturing, supported by technical infrastructure, internal roads, parking areas, and administrative units. With an estimated investment of €130 million, the park will become one of the largest and most modern warehouse and industrial parks in Slovakia.

The park will be located near Košice, within the municipalities of Geča, Valaliky, and Haniska, part of the strategic Valaliky investment zone.
