Overview

P3 Prague Horní Počernice is one of the largest logistics/manufacturing parks in the Czech Republic, with a total area of approximately 1.1 million square meters. Apart from manufacturing and warehouse space, this park also offers office space. Its advantages are: prime location on the D10 highway connecting Prague and Mladá Boleslav, railway siding in the vicinity, large pool of labour in the area and public transport operating on site. Construction of the park began in 2006 and the largest tenants include Alimpex Food, Alza, Coca-Cola, Continental, Datart, DSV, Ikea, Mall, MD Logistika, Pet Center, PNS, RTR, Wavin.
