OXYMA Technology Center is a major technology and innovation development planned as a nine-building complex with more than 75,000 sq m of space delivered in several phases. Designed for technology-driven companies, the project will combine modern offices with flexible laboratories, R&D facilities, testbeds, shared workshops and space for prototype and small-scale manufacturing. Companies will also have access to specialised services such as 3D printing and multifunctional facilities. The concept places strong emphasis on energy efficiency, technological infrastructure and collaboration, creating an integrated environment for research, development and advanced industrial operations.

OXYMA Technology Center is being developed in Prague 10–Malešice, within the emerging Malešice Technology Park. Depo Hostivař metro station on line A is approximately nine minutes away on foot, while the D0 Prague Ring Road and Štěrboholská spojka are around six minutes by car. The D1, D4, D8 and D11 motorways can be reached in approximately 15 minutes, and a bus stop is directly in front of the complex.
