The Office Garden office park can be found in one of the most dynamically developing environment of Budapest, in district 11, near the Danube bank, in the block bordered by the Szerémi–Budafoki road, at 5 minutes from Lágymányosi bridge. During the development of some 95,000 m2 we are planning five office blocks for the area. The office block I of the Office Garden was handed over in the first quarter of 2008, while the Office Garden II can be expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2010. In the Új Buda Center near the office park there are a great number of shops and services available to those working here.

The 11th district is one of the most dynamic developing districts of Budapest. Office Garden office park is located in the heart of this area, close to the main roads No. 6 and No. 7, and M0 , M1, M6 and M7 motorways. The airport can be reached in 35 minutes, and it takes 15 minutes to get to downtown. Concerning public transport it is also an ideal choice as a lot of bus and tram lines go near the office park (tram No. 18, 41, 47, 56, bus No. 33, 33A, 33E, 103, 114, 213, 214, 233, 973 (night bus)). The extension of tram line No. 1, which will also reach the office park, is being prepared. However, a major boost for public transport will be the new metro line No. 4, which will further improve the accessibility of the surroundings. The river Danube can be reached on foot from the office park in five minutes.
