The storage spaces at Na Valmatce are equipped with cranes of various capacities ranging from 5 to 80 tons. The halls are divided into sections of 550 m², which can be easily connected. The administrative part of the building offers offices and restroom facilities, making the spaces suitable for manufacturing and storage. The facilities are equipped with a reception, security, and fire protection. Parking is available on the property. Additionally, there is truck access with the possibility of entering directly into the halls, heating provided by hot-water boilers with independent regulation and consumption measurement, and sufficient electrical supply.

The halls are located in the Kladno-East industrial zone, with the possibility of connecting to the railway network via its own local siding. Surrounding key transportation hubs include roads I/6 and II/118, ensuring easy access to Kladno and other cities such as Prague and Beroun.
