The administrative part of the building offers offices and restroom facilities, making the spaces suitable for manufacturing and storage. The facilities are equipped with a reception, security, and fire protection. Parking is available on the property. Additionally, there is truck access with the possibility of entering directly into the halls, heating provided by hot-water boilers with independent regulation and consumption measurement, and sufficient electrical supply.
