Logport Kladno Poldi is a modern brownfield redevelopment offering warehouse for rent for logistics providers, distribution companies, light manufacturing businesses and companies requiring associated office space. The project transformed part of the former Poldi steelworks into approximately 6,000 sq m of modern commercial space. The building supports warehousing, distribution, light production and administrative operations while respecting the industrial heritage of the site. Sustainability measures include rooftop solar panels, green façades, electric vehicle charging points and bicycle racks, helping to reduce the environmental impact of everyday operations.

The park is located within the former Poldi industrial complex in Kladno, in a regenerating part of the city with good access to Prague and the main motorway network. The D7 motorway can be reached in approximately 8 minutes, supporting connections towards Prague, northern Czechia and international transport routes. The location is also accessible to employees from both Kladno and Prague and benefits from the city’s long industrial tradition and established labour market.
