Overview

The Nitra Invest Logistics Hall offers modular production and warehouse space for rent with a total usable area of approximately 7,000 m², currently under construction. The premises feature a clear height of 10 m, with the possibility to adapt technical specifications such as overhead cranes, lighting, sectional doors, ramps, and heating according to tenant requirements. Administrative offices can also be customized. The hall can be divided into modules starting from around 1,000 m², allowing flexible use tailored to companies of different sizes.
