Overview

CGL Park Nitra is a modern A-class industrial and logistics park with a total leasable area of approximately 101,100 m², offering warehouse space for rent, industrial units for rent, and flexible facilities suitable for logistics and light manufacturing. The park is primarily designed to serve suppliers of the neighboring Jaguar Land Rover plant. Units feature a clear height of around 10 m, a floor load capacity of 5 t/m², loading docks, drive-in access, and office as well as social facilities. Currently, available space is concentrated in Hall DC3 (around 25,000 m²), which is ready for immediate occupancy and can be adapted to tenant requirements.
