The development of The Holešovice Port is consisting of 2 phases. The first phase has begun by the construction of administrative buildings offering approx. 5.600 sqm of fully flexible and modern office space. The second part of the project presents two impressive towers with total area of approx. 16.700 sqm of office space. The Lighthouse project is constructed to meet the highest international standards and offers fully flexible layout upon the tenants requirements.

The new administrative complex is situated in a very attractive location of Prague 7 – Holešovice, overlooking the banks of Vltava river, next to Libeňský Bridge and close to Prague 1.
