Overview

Building C was the first major office development built in Prague on a green-field site after the 1989 revolution. Designed by architect Jan Aulík, it has seven above-ground storeys and two basements for a total of 12,780 square metres of office area for lease and 206 parking places. The high-quality, open-plan offices are fully air-conditioned with sophisticated humidity control. The aesthetic and architectural concept of the exterior is reflected in a high-quality, richly textured green granite veneer.
