Overview

Horná Streda Industrial Park is a development project led by the state-owned company MH Invest, designated as a significant investment in the public interest. The industrial park is being built on plots covering nearly 750,000 m² and will host strategic investments from the German company Porsche, which is establishing battery module production in the region. Construction works are already actively underway, with all administrative requirements for the development secured. The park will provide space not only for Porsche but also for companies within its supply chain. In addition to standard premises, the project offers the possibility of constructing BTS and BTO units tailored to the needs of specific tenants.

Location advantages

The project is located near the village of Horná Streda in the Nové Mesto nad Váhom district, with a significant part of the site extending into the Piešťany area. The location benefits from excellent transport connections, with the D1 motorway and Piešťany airport situated nearby, ensuring easy access to the capital and international markets. This strategic position creates ideal conditions for the development of industrial production, logistics, research and development, while also supporting the creation of new job opportunities in the region.
