Overview

Patria Park Piešťany is a modern, environmentally friendly industrial complex offering a total leasable area of approximately 25,100 m², developed by the renowned German company GARBE Industrial Real Estate. The park has been designed as a fully carbon-neutral project – without a gas connection, powered by its own photovoltaic plant, supported by heat pumps, and featuring a water recycling system using both its own well and rainwater. The facilities meet the highest technical standards: a clear height of around 10 meters, floor load capacity of 5 t/m², 12 loading docks and 2 drive-in gates, complemented by approximately 1,350 m² of office and social space. The project is currently owned by the Czech investment group Patria investiční společnost, part of the ČSOB Group, while GARBE remains as the property manager, ensuring professional maintenance and operations.
