WING, one of Hungary's largest real estate companies, is launching the development of a new office building: the HOP Passage will be built as part of the Hungária Office Park (HOP) at the former Siemens site on Hungária körút. The new 32,000 sqm gross building, which will be built in accordance with environmental and barrier-free building certifications, will offer its future tenants customisable offices with an interior garden view and flexible conditions, and will feature A+ quality, premium office space. The preparatory works are expected to start at the end of 2021, with the new building expected to be handed over at the end of 2023.

Excellent office building in Budapest. We recommend you to visit the area in person.
