Overview

The building is located in the oldest part of Budapest, in Óbuda. The property overlooks the Danube and Margaret Island and is easily accessible by public transport, bus and car. The building was originally built in 1997 as an office building and served as the headquarters of Siemens. The building is structurally a deep foundation reinforced concrete frame building with a reinforced concrete monolithic slab structure. The structural condition is excellent. Under the water, heat and moisture insulated flat roof, metal framed opening windows with insulated glazing. The internal partition walls are made of plasterboard, so they can be positioned as desired and as required thanks to the skeleton structure of the building. The building has 2 passenger lifts. Mechanical engineering. Heating and hot water is provided by a district heating supplier. Cooling is provided by refrigeration compressors installed at garage level in 2021. Heat is dissipated via a four-pipe fan coil. The whole building is equipped with security and fire safety systems.
