Overview

The Corvin Innovation Campus is the next chapter in the success story of Corvin Promenade. The groundbreaking design of the building essentially extends the popular pedestrian street. The first phase of the nine-story complex offers 15,800 square meters of office space, while the second phase provides 13,800 square meters. The nearly touch-free office building and the renewed landscaped public space will reshape the appearance of Szigony Street and its surroundings. The building’s horizontal cornice system adds varied articulation to the façades, while its dynamic louver system introduces a playful element to the structure. The 'A' category Corvin Innovation Campus is being developed in accordance with BREEAM Excellent sustainability standards and WELL Platinum certification, which recognize aspects that positively impact employees' health and well-being. The building is designed with the changed tenant demands in mind, following the global health crisis, as part of Futureal’s brand-new Stay Safe initiative. The office building’s mechanical system, equipped with unique filters and UV sterilizers that far exceed Hungarian requirements, will provide some of the cleanest air in Budapest. As a result of the Stay Safe initiative, the common areas of the Corvin Innovation Campus will become almost entirely touch-free. The office building is designed to meet the expectations of the digital age, with a strong emphasis on the creation of green spaces. From the central lobby, there is access to the nearly 3,000 m² inner courtyard, whose design concept, considering sunlight, architectural forms, and features, serves as a large common outdoor living room, enhancing the livability of the immediate environment. The building will cater to cyclists with an increased number of bike racks, separate showers, and lockers.
