Overview

BHM Park Dunajská Streda – Phase 2 expands the existing industrial park by an additional 90,000 m² of modern warehouse and production space. The park, which already covers around 95,000 m², is fully occupied, but the planned expansion will deliver new Class A premises for logistics, e-commerce, retail storage, and light manufacturing. The facilities are designed to meet high technical standards, including a clear height of 12–12.5 m, floor load capacity of 7–10 t/m², a 12×24 m column grid, mineral wool insulation, LED lighting, ESFR sprinkler system, and skylights. The development also follows ESG principles, with rooftop photovoltaic installations and energy efficiency measures.
