Overview

ARETE Park Dunajská Streda is a modern Class A industrial park that currently offers nearly 30,000 m² of warehouse and production space, used by BSK Transports of the Bracchi Group. The project is planned to expand with an additional 13,000 m² of new premises suitable for logistics, light manufacturing, storage, and administrative purposes. Units from 3,000 m² will be available and can be delivered within eight months of signing a lease agreement. The facilities are designed to meet the highest technical standards, with a clear height of 12 meters, a floor load capacity of 10 tons per square meter, and a 12 × 24 meter column grid. They will also feature modern LED lighting, an ESFR sprinkler system, loading docks and drive-in entrances. The project is prepared for the installation of photovoltaic power plants as part of the developer’s ESG strategy.
