Overview

Klimacentrum office complex is located at the intersection of Počernická and Limuzská streets in Prague 10 - Malešice. Klimacentrum is a complex of six buildings on an area of two hectares. In the space between the buildings is a landscaped park area, allowing relaxation and quiet sitting. The gross lettable area of offices and warehouse space is 16,500 m2. Offices are renovated and space is adaptable to the needs of tenants, with the possibility of renting an area from 15m2 to the entire floor of 500 m2.
