The Andrássy út (way) is an avenue of great importance, is a protected route and it is the most representative avenue of the city of Budapest. The high prestige building comprises two high quality interconnected properties with separate entrances from Andrássy út and Paulay Ede utca.The building was erected in 1889 based on the blueprints of Kallina Mór in the style of Neo-Renaissance. The renovation of the Andrássy building ensured that all original architectural elements were retained and restored.
