The park offers units from 1,000 m2 to customised solutions for large logistics operations. On request, all rental spaces can be adapted to the requirements of the future tenant. To a certain extent, modifications can be made even if a building is already under construction in order to meet special technical requirements of the client. New VGP buildings are built according to the BREEAM or DGNB rating method with minimum certification for Very Good (BREEAM) / Silver (DGNB) Also, buildings can be provided with photovoltaic panel installation that can be sized according to the tenant's energy consumption needs. VGP Parks offer, on demand, the option to be equipped with electric vehicle charging points. Last but not least, VGP Parks can offer an extended green roof concept.
