The office building was built in the 1950s and is a renovated traditional building. Major renovation took place in 1998 and the building has been continuously maintained.

The office spaces are suitable for both traditional cellular and open-office single-space layouts. It consists of a central part (with staircase and lift) and two wings. The wings are located parallel to the Váci street (separated from the street by a front garden). They have a central corridor layout with traditional masonry office spaces opening from the corridors. The basement under the building has a storage room. Parking for tenants arriving by car is available in the office building's enclosed car park. The office building is easily accessible by car and public transport. The metro and several bus lines are within walking distance.
