Overview

The Hořovice Sklenářka industrial complex is located in a logistically very convenient location near exit 34 of the D5 highway. This main Czech-German transport route and the proximity of Prague and the central Bohemian highway transport hub make Hořovice an ideal logistics base for storage and production of all kinds. Halls Hořovice currently offers two independently functioning spaces: Storage Hall 08 and the industrial-production area Retro. Next to that is the construction project of a new Multifunctional Center with more than 5,000 m2 "tailored" for a new tenant.

SPGroup Sklenářka is located in the village of Hořovice (Beroun district), approximately 45 km southwest of Prague and 40 km southeast of Pilsen. Hořovice, the third largest town in the Beroun district, is located in an industrial area where production is concentrated along the D5 highway. SPGroup Sklenářka has a convenient location, 2.5 km from the entrance to the D5 highway, which connects Prague with Germany and is part of the E50 international road. Hořovice train station is 1.5 km away and offers a connection on the Prague–Plzen–Germany route. There is also a domestic airport, gas station and other amenities of the city nearby.
