Overview

The Centrop project is a large-scale development planned in the Bratislava city district of Devínska Nová Ves. The first phase envisions the construction of a modern logistics park on an area of approximately 70 hectares, located in close proximity to the Volkswagen plant. The aim is to utilize the site’s strategic position to create a new industrial and logistics hub with high-standard infrastructure.

Location advantages

The commercial premises are located on the northwestern edge of Bratislava, in the cadastral area of Devínska Nová Ves, near the border with Záhorská Bystrica and in close vicinity of the D2 motorway towards Brno and Prague. The location offers excellent connections to both the Slovak and Czech motorway networks, as well as direct accessibility to major logistics hubs. The proximity of the Volkswagen plant highlights the strategic importance of this site for the automotive and supplier industry.
