Overview

Skylife Industrial Park Malacky is a project developed by Skylife s.r.o., created through the transformation of a former brownfield site in Malacky. Covering an area of approximately 10 hectares, the project involved a comprehensive redevelopment of the land, including remediation and the renewal of existing industrial structures. A refurbished industrial hall with a usable area of around 14,000 m² is part of the site and is currently used for warehousing and light production purposes. The premises are leased to several established companies, including HSF, Forbo Siegling, and FROMM. The project represents a successful example of brownfield revitalization and the development of modern industrial real estate in the region.

The park is situated within the city’s industrial zone, with convenient access to the regional road network and the D2 motorway, which connects Bratislava with Brno and Prague.
