Overview

Rimavská Sobota Industrial Park is a new development zone in southern Slovakia prepared by the state-owned company MH Invest. The project covers more than 160 hectares, with infrastructure already under construction. The park will offer modern production and warehouse facilities suitable for a wide range of tenants from manufacturing, logistics, and distribution sectors. Spaces can be adapted to individual requirements, including the possibility of built-to-suit developments. The site will be fully equipped with essential utilities and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
