Overview

The warehouse industrial complex, in Svetoj Nedelj, consists of 4 halls of three dimensions: 60 x 322 m, 272 x 120 m, 120 x 200 m and 120 x 128 m. The construction of all the halls consists of latticed frontal roof beams supported on reinforced concrete cantilevered columns up to reinforced concrete foundation columns. The height of the roof beams (95 cm) is 16 m and is defined by two parameters: the minimum height of the roof space and the maximum height of the roof deck as defined in the urban plan. The floor slab of the business park hall is reinforced concrete, reinforced with face trains, executed in segments of 48 x 40 m without radial bars. The floor of the hall is also subject to adjustments. The reinforced concrete (partly prefabricated) construction of the interior spaces is dilated to support the structure of the hall.
