The site will feature a single building with a total area of 115,000 m², designed and constructed to the highest modern standards. The location is easily accessible via the D48 motorway, exit 51, which is the main regional road to Poland and the eastern part of the Czech Republic. There is also excellent connectivity to Slovakia via the D48 motorway and the I/68 and I/11 highways. Leoš Janáček Airport in Ostrava operates both domestic and international flights, including routes between Ostrava and London, Paris, and Düsseldorf.
