Overview

P3 Logistic Park Sládkovičovo is a large-scale A+ standard logistics development by P3 Logistic Parks in southwestern Slovakia. The park will offer more than 200,000 m² of modern warehouse and production space spread across three buildings. The project will be implemented in two phases: the first stage will deliver two halls of approximately 64,000 m² and 24,000 m², which can be tailored to the specific requirements of tenants. The development is designed with a strong focus on sustainability, featuring green roofs, LED lighting, heat recovery, heat pumps, EV charging stations, and a target certification of BREEAM Excellent.
