Location advantages

The subject facility is located in the city of Orosháza, in Békés county, Southeast Hungary. The regional activity was historically driven by the agriculture however, the Hungarian government recently has put a strong focus on directing foreign industrial investors to the area by providing significant subsidies/incentives, as the adjacent Debrecen-Miskolc-Nyíregyháza triangle and the Szeged area are the most emerging industrial region in the country with the following main companies: BMW, CATL, Sunwoda, BYD, Mercedes etc. Furthermore, in Békés County, major road infrastructure developments were recently concluded with the completion of M44 and M4 motorways improving the access to the region. The unemployment rate of the region is above the average national level. Supporting the pool of qualified workforce, the regional high education system is focusing on relevant educations related to engineering and technician.
