Overview

North Gate Martin is the largest brownfield revitalization project in northern Slovakia, transforming the former ZŤS industrial site into a modern A-class logistics and industrial complex. The project offers a total leasable area of around 73,000 m², including large-scale halls suitable for warehouse space for rent, logistics, production, showrooms, and offices. The flagship facility, Hall T42, provides approximately 42,000 m² of adaptable space with a clear height of up to 9.5 m, a column grid of 10 × 15 m, and an impressive floor load capacity of 12 t/m². Units can be divided from as little as 1,000 m², making the park highly flexible for a wide range of tenants.
