Overview

Nordic Light, is an "A" class office building which has acquired LEED Gold certification and complied with the sustainability criteria of the international green building rating system with a remarkably high score. Nordic Light project was honoured by The City of the Future Program, won the Leading Green Building Development & Developer category of Construction and Investment Journal Awards Hungary 2016, and was awarded with the Green Property Project of the Year Award. The project comprises 26.200 sqm of office space as well as 1.800 sqm of retail space on 7 floors, with more than 400 underground parking spaces. Green solutions – including, amongst others, landscaped courtyard, green terraces, bicycle storage facilities, locker rooms and showers – along with energy efficiency were also given high priority. Concurrently with construction, the building’s immediate vicinity was also revamped. The passageway connecting Váci road and Visegrádi street creates a pleasant environment for tenants and nearby residents. The office building is leased to major international companies such as: BASF, Harman, Schneider Electric, , Mercedes-Benz, Sony, dwp Software and Cofidis
