Overview

The premises are divided into several halls with a total area exceeding 30,000 sqm. The park also offers the possibility of built-to-suit development, with an additional 13,000 sqm of leasable industrial space deliverable within six months from the signing of binding documents. The units are suitable for storing all types of goods, including hazardous materials, as the site complies with ADR warehouse standards. A three-storey mezzanine inside the building provides ample office space. The site features a charging station for electric vehicles. It is connected to a centralized security monitoring system and the fire brigade, eliminating the need for physical security and generating significant OPEX savings.
