Overview

The Triblavina Logistics Center is a large-scale development project located in the Triblavina area, within the cadastral territory of Bernolákovo. The site covers a total area of approximately 173,446.4 m², with planned warehouse and logistics facilities occupying a built-up area of 73,702.1 m². Around 35% of the site will be dedicated to green areas, including a retention basin for rainwater management, making the project both modern and environmentally considerate.

Location advantages

Triblavina Logistics Center is situated directly by the D1 motorway (Triblavina exit), within the municipality of Bernolákovo, positioned between Trnava and Bratislava. Thanks to this strategic location, the project offers excellent connectivity to Slovakia’s main road network and provides accessibility for logistics operations, warehousing, and light manufacturing.
