Overview

The building is located at the Buda side of Rákóczi (former Lágymányosi) híd at the intersection of Budafoki út, Dombóvári út and Prielle Kornélia út close to the rapidly developing innovation and research zone and the universities. IP West is a "class- A" office building that meets international standards. The first two phases (15,800 m of office space and 340 parking spaces) have been 100% leased shortly after the handover.
