Overview
Industrial Park Rousínov offers rental of warehouse and production spaces, including office spaces and social facilities, located in an industrial area in the eastern part of Rousínov. The park is situated in the original industrial building of the Rousínov furniture factory, which was constructed in the 1960s and 1970s. Since 2017, the building has undergone extensive renovation in several phases, and it is now fully renovated. Spaces are further customized according to client requirements. At the end of 2023, the construction of the new Hall D with an area of 1,481 m² was completed. A building permit has also been issued for the construction of additional warehouse and production spaces with a total area of 4,440 m². Hall D is available for immediate lease. If a larger space is needed, Halls B and C can be combined, offering a total area of 2,960 m².
