Overview

City Logistix Hall offers modern warehouse space with administrative facilities in Bratislava – Turbínová Street, Bratislava III / Nové Mesto. The building is heated, with a clear height of approx. 9.00 – 11.20 m, column grid of ~12 × 24 m, and floor load capacity of around 5,000 kg/m². Access is provided through an electric gate and a separate entrance. The premises are suitable for truck access with convenient connection to the D1 motorway – Bratislava Airport exit.
