Overview

On the street front, a 5-story office building integrated with the parking garage, but operating completely separately from it, was built while preserving the original facade design. Each floor of the office building has independently metered electricity, gas, water and heating. For the offices, 6 four-pipe Fan-coil devices on each floor provide heating and cooling at a level adapted to the current weather. Transportation is provided through the main entrance independent of the entrance to the parking garage. The 4-person Monospace elevator and the staircase are located at the end of the main entrance corridor. In the basement, there are the electrical switch room, the gas receiver, the water connection and water purification room, the connection of the sewer backbone and the storage rooms provided for the tenants.
