Overview
Redstone Park Olomouc spans an area of approximately 200,000 m², where seven separate halls designated for manufacturing or storage operations will be constructed, accompanied by adjacent supply yards. The complex will also include office spaces and showrooms. Currently, two halls are under construction – Hall A with an area of 6,400 m² and Hall B covering 10,800 m², with both scheduled for completion by the end of 2024. Hall C is already available in a shell & core condition, with a size of 4,608 m², and preparations for tenant units are underway. Hall D, also in a shell & core state with an area of 10,800 m², will be completed based on the client's requirements, within approximately 5 months from the signing of the contract. Further planned construction includes Hall E with an area of 9,576 m², Hall F covering 10,080 m², and Hall G with a size of 6,048 m², with the possibility of connecting these halls. The entire project represents a modern industrial zone, offering a wide range of rental space options, visibility of the park directly from the main road, new green spaces, the construction of a noise barrier, and a retention reservoir. The location boasts excellent public transportation access and an abundant local workforce.
